Thank you for your interest in submitting a gallery for Styled Shoot Magazine. If you do not hear from us after submission, do not be discouraged. We will hold galleries indefinitely and may revisit archives for future issues. Exclusion from a current issue does not mean your images will not be selected for a future edition. If you would like your gallery to remain open for consideration, please do not put an expiration date on the gallery. 
 
Guidelines and details for submission are below.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY and follow all instructions.

Be sure to include your full name, the name of your company and your social and website links as you would like them listed. If we select your images for publication, we will send you a brief questionnaire and ask that you return it to us as quickly as possible.

Guidelines & Details:

o Photo submissions will be accepted through a form. Link is available at bottom of this page.
    WE DO NOT ACCEPT EMAIL OR DROPBOX SUBMISSIONS

o Please send high quality images that are a minimum of 300 dpi at a size of 8 ½ x 11”  or equivalent

o Send images that are free from watermarks of any kind.

o All photo file names must be clearly marked with the name of your business.
    Failing to properly mark your images may result in improper credit.

o Include a copy of the signed photo license for use (click link found in gold below) with the images you submit.
    We will not select any images that are unaccompanied by a publication release/license agreement.
    By signing the agreement, you do NOT relinquish your ownership of the images.

o Include a credit list for all vendors featured in the shots with contact information whenever possible, if credit is missing, your submission may be ineligible.

Styled Shoot Magazine (SSM) is a trade publication for wedding and creative professionals.
The book is loaded with educational materials about building a portfolio with purpose.
We do not provide compensation for images.

At this time, we do not provide physical copies of the magazine in exchange for submission, however we will provide you with:
• A badge acknowledging “as seen in Styled Shoot Magazine”
• Full image credit
• High resolution digital, PDF copy ("tear sheet") of the pages that your images are featured on
• A live link to your website in the digital edition of the magazine
• Listing in our Resource Guide in the back of the book (both digital & print versions).


We will also provide a link where you can purchase a copy of Styled Shoot Magazine if you wish.
